Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
- Offer excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to the management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
