Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer experience.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
