Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess excellent customer service and cashiering skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
