Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
