Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) where you will be tasked with responsibilities including merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Handle cash transactions and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
