Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and ensure security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
