Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages per state and local requirements.
