Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
