Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service through collaboration with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers effectively and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and cash handling following company policies.
- Adhere to security procedures and maintain document confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience desirable.
