Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with team members and store management
• Assisting in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Operating cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
