Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to optimize the shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management by conducting accurate counts and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is desirable.
