Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are stocked and displayed effectively. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to inventory management by participating in store counts and monitoring accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
