Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Take part in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
