Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate our core values and competencies in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and support fellow team members.
- Communicate effectively with store management and offer feedback for improvement.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of using store equipment and following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
