Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new store. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.
• Participate in inventory management and inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
