We are excited to announce an opportunity at VASA Fitness for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As part of our vibrant team, you will play a critical role in delivering an uplifting fitness experience, driving studio and group fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Analyze and maximize studio/group fitness usage to achieve financial targets and performance goals.
• Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of all programs, events, and initiatives.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and team members.
• Ensure high-energy classes that create community, motivate, and uplift members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness leadership and management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet KPIs, and exceed performance targets.
• Passion for fitness, exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills.
