Purpose
The Group Fitness Manager is responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes.
Deliverables
- Recruiting and Staffing: Recruit talent to drive club traffic and member engagement, actively acquire talent via employees, members, and local community.
- Achieving Results: Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPI's, manage class counts, evaluate schedules, and control costs.
- World-Class Member Experience: Ensure clean and safe spaces, flawless execution of events, and ongoing training of Team Members.
- Training and Development: Lead by example, provide feedback and coaching, facilitate practice sessions, and build a bench of talented coaches and instructors.
- Connection and Care: Provide an exceptional experience, address member concerns, drive accountability, and adhere to core values.
