Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing and mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience: 3+ years in retail; management experience preferred
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and operate store equipment
