Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse-LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team. As a vital member of our nursing center, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure optimal patient care and facility reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Lead the interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring accurate completion and transmission of MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Train new team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility.
- Proficiency in general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
- Computer skills, including Windows applications.
- AccuMed experience preferred.
- Prior MDS Coordinator experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
