Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the ALDI customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. If you are a team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment, this position offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to engage with customers daily.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to cash handling policies.
• Stock merchandise following proper procedures to ensure fresh products are available for customers.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Effective time management and knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
