Purpose
The Personal Fitness Team Lead at VASA Fitness is responsible for driving the personal training business to achieve fitness financial targets. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team to help members meet their fitness goals and enjoy a top-notch experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's values.
- Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
- Provide personalized training sessions and exceptional service.
- Interact with members in a friendly, inclusive manner.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and valuable training environment.
- Support personal trainers in client acquisition and sales targets.
Requirements
