Salary: $50,180--$68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed all fitness financial targets at the club.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients
- Develop an agile personal training team to meet client needs
- Create an inclusive and approachable environment in the Personal Training Cage
- Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value
- Support and encourage the growth of personal trainers and clients
- Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales strategies
- Achieve monthly sales goals
