Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. Your primary responsibility will involve building and developing a high-performing team that empowers members to achieve their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging team members.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Develop an agile team that tailors programs to meet individual client needs, following VASA's Care & Connect principles.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage by interacting with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Retain clients by ensuring they receive exceptional value in personal training services.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients, providing resources for growth and development.
- Attract new clients through building personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training package recommendations.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Sales experience and a track record of meeting targets is a plus.
- Fitness certification preferred.
