We are looking for a talented Primary Care Physician to join our innovative team at One Medical. As a primary care provider, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct a variety of in-person and tele-health visits, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and engage in continuous learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for quality care delivery.
