Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Capacity to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
