Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers and Stockers. As an ALDI Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing our shelves to ensure customers have access to fresh products. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy creating well-merchandised displays, this role is for you. On the other hand, as an ALDI Cashier, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate registers efficiently, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Both positions require excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and rotate items as needed.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing product displays.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean work environment.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness at the checkout area and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
