Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are stocked, maintaining a clean store environment, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Type
Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage
$18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
- Operate machinery safely and follow all procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide courteous customer service and maintain cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
