Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years for employment.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience being a plus.
