Join the ALDI team as a Store Associate and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold exceptional customer service standards and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills consistently
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in retail is a plus
