Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
