Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
