Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash policy compliance.
- Adhere to company policies, prioritize security, and handle tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Skilled in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
