Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and necessary store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
