Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
