Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform store inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
