Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and comply with cash handling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
