Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and support store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback, and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
