Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing feedback and insights for improvement.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
