Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays meticulously
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute to inventory management and store security
- Adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Proficient in operating store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
