Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
