Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cashier and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and data confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
