Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values in daily tasks.
• Handle customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure products are neatly displayed.
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
