We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Salary: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory, follow cash procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Ability to follow company policies, work in a team, and handle merchandise.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
