Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards and handle and sell alcoholic beverages if required by state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Efficient handling of a cash register and operating store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience desirable.
