Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
• Follow company's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
• Contribute to inventory management and perform store inventory counts
• Operate cash registers and other equipment accurately and effectively

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages
