Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, bending, lifting, and walking around the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
