Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, stocks are replenished, and customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Follow company policies, inventory guidelines, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
