Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7102 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail.
• Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification where required.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Basic math proficiency and computer knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate necessary equipment.
