Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the frontline operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring top-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions. Alternatively, 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment is required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes. In some states, ServSafe certification is mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills, basic math competency, ability to work effectively in diverse teams, analytical and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages based on the restaurant location may be necessary.

Physical Requirements: The role involves standing/walking for 90%-95% of the shift, lifting/carrying 15-25 lbs, operating a cash register, and effectively interacting with guests.
