Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7171 within Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification in specific states.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency depending on location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organization, and planning skills are required.
• Physically able to stand and walk the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and take orders.
